Vanessa Walmsley has served as Managing Director of Qmatic UK, the market leader in customer journey management solutions, since May 2016, providing strategic leadership in all areas of the business, including sales, marketing, operations and building relationships with key stakeholders [clients]. Vanessa is leading Qmatic’s drive to improve the customer journey and experience for users across a whole range of industries, from retail to healthcare, local government to banking.

An experienced and skilled business leader, Vanessa possesses significant expertise in the customer experience market; previous to working at Qmatic, her roles included Managing Director, UK & Ireland, and SVP Corporate Development at Mood Media Corporation, one of the global leaders in using digital media to improve the customer experience. She consulted for the digital-out-of-home industry and has a passion for technologies and digital transformation agendas.
